Ever since yesterday on the road, I’ve been seeing this shape

This morning we woke up to 30 degrees at one of my favorite spots, Cabelas.  From there my driver decided that he wanted to go up to Mount Rushmore.  Now I like doing hill repeats in West Virginia getting my humans to Lost River so they can do the same on those silly bicycles.  Getting to Mount Rushmore was pretty easy and I got to see snow again.  I did expect that until we go skiing again this winter.

He got out and went and wondered for an hour or two, so I hung out with the other short RVs in our own parking lots.  He came back with a bag of gift, nothing for me… hopped in and plotted a course to Wyoming.

Once we got into Wyoming my human went into the Welcome Center and came back with a handful of maps.  Excitedly he started typing in my Garmin places like Cody, Wyoming and Yellowstone National Forest.  Today was going to be an exciting day.

However, our first stop was the Devil’s Tower. Now I am too young to know the reference and he has promised to play Close Encounters of the Third Kind for me.  Off to Devil’s Tower.

It was a relatively short trip to get there.  Wow, it is really neat.  But, as usual, the human parked me at a spot that I could look at the Monument and he rode off on the bicycle.  He said he was going to Hulett Wyoming and will be back in an hour.  After this return, we packed up and headed west.
